Dr Uliana Gout
Founder and Medical Director

Dr Uliana Gout is a globally renowned clinician, author and educator within the field of Aesthetic Medicine. She found the multi award-winning LAM Clinic in 2011 to pioneer her passion for spearheading innovation, evidence-based medicine and safety. Dr Gout is a known world-wide as ‘The Doctor’s Doctor’ given her global role in teaching and pioneering the field of Aesthetic Medicine in her many esteemed roles within the industry. Some of her many international roles include President of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine 2020-2022, Board BCAM, General Secretary of The International Peeling Society, Board IPS, Fellow Royal Society of Medicine to name a few.
Dr Gout is the Course Director for one of the world’s largest conferences – Aesthetics and Anti-Ageing Medicine Congress under the Patronage of Prince Albert of Monaco and attracting up to 20,000 practitioners from around the world. She is the Director of FACE Congress, UK’s longest running conferences attracting up to 3,000 attendees annually. In conjunction you will see Dr Gout in Committee roles for many other leading national and international congresses as well as industry associations.
A passionate write and thought-leader, she has co-authored numerous medical textbooks and publications in the field of Aesthetic Medicine on subjects ranging from Botox® to fillers to chemical peels to skincare.

Dr Taras Gout
Dr Taras Gout is a Consultant Oculoplastic Surgeon. Following ophthalmology training in the UK, he completed oculoplastic fellowships in Sydney and Los Angeles. This developed his specialist interest in aesthetic surgery and procedures.
Aesthetic procedures offered include; anti-wrinkle treatments (such as Botox), fillers, peels, lasers, threads, and microneedling. In addition, Dr Tara Gout also performs aesthetic surgeries such as upper blepharoplasty (for hooded upper eyelids), and lower blepharoplasty (for eyebags) and ptosis surgery (for droopy upper eyelids).
Dr Thierry Vidal
Dr. Thierry Vidal an aesthetic Doctor qualified in France in 1994. In 1998, he furthered his expertise by attending the prestigious College of Aesthetic Medicine in Paris. In 2005, Dr. Vidal moved to London, where he has since continued to refine his skills with additional training in London, Paris, and New York.
Dr. Vidal is a specialist in facial rejuvenation, offering advanced treatments such as botulinum toxins, dermal fillers, and collagen stimulators, including Sculptra and Profhilo. His extensive experience and training enable him to provide the highest standard of care to his patients.

Shaila
Shaila is an experienced aesthetician with a decade of industry expertise.Beginning her career in Rome, she later pursued advanced qualifications in London, specialising in lasers, intense pulsed light, radiofrequency, and microneedling.
Known for her holistic approach, Shaila combines advanced treatments with massage techniques to create tailored skincare programs for her clients.
Franchesca
Franchesca, a dedicated nursing graduate, excels in patient care, and supporting clinical procedures with extensive experience in operating theatre nursing. She supports the delivery of high-quality aesthetic treatments within LAM to optimise patient satisfaction.
Her previous career as a cabin crew member, where she visited over 50 countries, enhanced her interpersonal skills, attention to detail, luxury service and cultural understanding. These qualities are invaluable in her current role, ensuring patient comfort and precise execution of procedures.
