Founder & Medical Director
Dr Gout is a passionate and globally renowned clinician and educator within the field of Aesthetic Medicine. Dr Gout is a long-standing member of BCAM and has most recently served on the Board as Director of PR & Marketing, as well as a BCAM Appraiser and on the BCAM Audit Committee. Dr Gout also acts in Director and Committee roles for leading national and international congresses as well as industry associations. A passionate writer and thought-leader, she has co-authored numerous medical textbooks and publications in the field of Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr Taras Gout
Dr Taras Gout is an oculoplastic surgeon. Following ophthalmology training in the UK, he did oculoplastic fellowships in Sydney and Los Angeles. This developed his specialist interest in aesthetic surgery and procedures. Aesthetic procedures offered include anti-wrinkle treatments (such as Botox), fillers, peels, lasers, threads, and microneedling. In addition to aesthetic surgeries such as upper blepharoplasty (for hooded upper eyelids), and lower blepharoplasty (for eyebags) and ptosis surgery (for droopy upper eyelids).

Dr Taras Gout is an ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a specialist interest in aesthetic surgery and procedures.
Following ophthalmology training in the UK he undertook sub-specialty fellowship training at Sydney Eye Hospital, Australia, and UCLA Jules Stein Eye Institute, USA. Both centres have worldwide reputations for teaching, research, clinical practice and surgical expertise. The training covered the general areas of orbital, lacrimal and oculoplastics surgery. As well as the specialist areas of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
Aesthetic procedures offered include neuromodulators (such as Botox), fillers, peels, lasers, threads, and microneedling. In addition to aesthetic surgeries such as upper blepharoplasty (for hooded upper eyelids), and lower blepharoplasty (for eyebags) and ptosis surgery (for droopy upper eyelids), brow lift, midface lift and eyelid tightening.

Christine is the Front of House Coordinator at LAM. She has a background in the beauty industry, having worked several years in customer service and cosmetology roles. Along with being a licensed cosmetologist and working with haircare, skincare and cosmetics, her professional experience also includes earning her Master’s degree in Communication.

Amanda (Mandy) Cameron has worked at a senior level in medical aesthetics for more than three decades. She has a background in nursing, sales and marketing and holds the Aesthetics Journal award for ‘Lifetime Achievement in Aesthetics 2021’.

Amanda has 20 years expertise as an Operations Director of a multiple award-winning chain of national aesthetic clinics. She was instrumental in growing the chain to 11 clinics and responsible for the overall development of the business and teams.
