Dr Uliana Gout
Founder & Medical Director
Dr Gout is a passionate and globally renowned clinician and educator within the field of Aesthetic Medicine. Dr Gout is a long-standing member of BCAM and has most recently served on the Board as Director of PR & Marketing, as well as a BCAM Appraiser and on the BCAM Audit Committee.
Dr Gout also acts in Director and Committee roles for leading national and international congresses as well as industry associations. A passionate writer and thought-leader, she has co-authored numerous medical textbooks and publications in the field of Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr Taras Gout
Dr Taras Gout is an oculoplastic surgeon. Following ophthalmology training in the UK, he did oculoplastic fellowships in Sydney and Los Angeles. This developed his specialist interest in aesthetic surgery and procedures. Aesthetic procedures offered include anti-wrinkle treatments (such as Botox), fillers, peels, lasers, threads, and microneedling. In addition to aesthetic surgeries such as upper blepharoplasty (for hooded upper eyelids), and lower blepharoplasty (for eyebags) and ptosis surgery (for droopy upper eyelids).
Dr Thierry Vidal
Dr. Thierry Vidal qualified in France in 1994. In 1998, he furthered his expertise by attending the prestigious College of Aesthetic Medicine in Paris. In 2005, Dr. Vidal moved to London, where he has since continued to refine his skills with additional training in London, Paris, and New York.
Dr. Vidal is a specialist in facial rejuvenation, offering advanced treatments such as botulinum toxins, dermal fillers, and collagen stimulators, including Sculptra and Profhilo. His extensive experience and training enable him to provide the highest standard of care to his patients.
Throughout his career, Dr. Vidal has worked with some of the most renowned clinics on Harley Street, a testament to his expertise and reputation in the field. Over his more than 20 years of experience, he has performed several tens of thousands of injections, continually enhancing his techniques and results.
Dr. Vidal is renowned for his sophisticated eye for detail and his commitment to restoring youthful facial proportions while respecting each patient’s unique personality. His approach to anti-ageing is both natural and meticulous, ensuring beautiful and subtle facial rejuvenation.

Shaila D’allestro
Shaila is an experienced aesthetician with a decade of industry expertise.Beginning her career in Rome, she later pursued advanced qualifications in London, specialising in lasers, intense pulsed light, radiofrequency, and microneedling.
Known for her holistic approach, Shaila combines advanced treatments with massage techniques to create tailored skincare programs for her clients.
Franchesca Llagas
Franchesca, a dedicated nursing graduate, excels in patient care, and supporting clinical procedures with extensive experience in operating theatre nursing. She supports the delivery of high-quality aesthetic treatments within LAM to optimise patient satisfaction.
Her previous career as a cabin crew member, where she visited over 50 countries, enhanced her interpersonal skills, attention to detail, luxury service and cultural understanding. These qualities are invaluable in her current role, ensuring patient comfort and precise execution of procedures.
Rita Franco
Rita has two decades of beauty and aesthetic industry experience, previously having worked at Harrods and with extensive experience of treating and managing Middle Eastern Royals and celebrities.
As a clinic manager with strong business skills, Rita strives to ensure the smooth running of the clinic whilst delivering exceptional services and exceeding client expectations.
